These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the 50% Off Website Design Offer provided by TJ Design.

1. Promotional Offer

TJ Design is offering a 50% discount on website design services for a limited period.

This promotion applies only to the design and development portion of a website project and does not include any additional services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Promotion Period

This offer is valid until 4 May 2026.

TJ Design reserves the right to end or extend the promotion at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Limited Availability

This promotion is subject to limited availability.

Projects will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and TJ Design reserves the right to decline additional projects once capacity has been reached.

4. Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to secure a project under this promotion.

• The deposit must be paid before any further work begins.

• The deposit is non-refundable and covers time, design work, and resources allocated to the project.

5. Promotion Scope Limitations

This promotional offer applies only to basic website design packages.

For the purpose of this promotion, a basic website is defined as:

• A website of up to 6 pages

• A maximum of 25 images across the entire website

Projects that exceed these limits, require advanced functionality, or fall outside of a standard website structure may not qualify for the promotional discount.

In such cases, TJ Design reserves the right to:

• Adjust the quotation accordingly, or

• Exclude the project from the promotion

6. Demo Websites

TJ Design may provide a demo website preview prior to project approval.

• Demo websites are for preview purposes only.

• TJ Design reserves the right to remove demo websites after 7 days if no agreement or deposit is received.

• If work resumes after removal, additional fees may apply.

7. Hosting & Additional Services

Hosting, domain registration, maintenance, and any third-party services are not included in the promotional discount unless explicitly stated.

Hosting plans are available separately.

8. Project Timelines

Project timelines will be communicated after the deposit is received.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, delayed feedback) may affect delivery timelines.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing:

• All required content (text, images, branding)

• Timely feedback and approvals

Failure to do so may delay project completion.

10. Right to Refuse or Cancel

TJ Design reserves the right to:

• Refuse service at its discretion

• Cancel the promotion at any time

• Decline projects that fall outside of reasonable scope or capacity

11. General Terms

These promotional terms are to be read in conjunction with TJ Design’s standard Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict, these promotional terms will apply specifically to this offer.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with this promotion, requesting a quote, or making payment, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
